Hi, I’m Róisín, a fashion stylist dedicated to sustainable, thoughtful style.

My 15-year journey through the fashion industry—from buying and merchandising in London to leading operations for sustainable start-ups—has shaped a unique perspective on how we wear and value clothes. I believe fashion should empower, not overwhelm. Today, I use my industry expertise to help individuals and brands thrive through creative styling that prioritises longevity and personal confidence.

What I Believe In

I believe fashion should lift us, not overwhelm us. It is an art form, a tool for expression, and a way to dress for yourself—and no one else.

I believe the most beautiful wardrobe is the one you already own. My work is rooted in reducing consumption and embracing the art of re-wearing. By focusing on preloved pieces and creative restyling, we can create beautiful imagery and personal confidence without the weight of excess.

Great style isn't about buying more; it's about seeing more in what we have.

RÓISÍN’S STORY

Róisín began her career at The White Company in London as a trainee merchandiser, before joining Arcadia Group as an assistant merchandiser with Dorothy Perkins.

She was soon headhunted by Phase Eight, where she spent five years rising to Senior Merchandiser. Here, she led the global daywear team and worked with key partners including John Lewis, Debenhams, Next, QVC, and international retailers such as De Bijenkorf (NL) and Alshaya (UAE).

She was later promoted to Commercial Manager of Damsel in a Dress, where she oversaw a full rebrand across merchandising, buying, e-commerce and logistics. She also led the merchandising team for Studio 8, Phase Eight’s plus-size label.

In 2020, Róisín returned to Ireland and joined Nuw, a sustainable fashion start-up, as Partnerships Lead — and within months became Chief Operating Officer. She helped the business pivot to a secondhand clothing exchange model and launch operations in the US. During her time there, Nuw raised $2 million in investment and became a key player in the recommerce space.

What I Do Now

In 2023, I stepped out on my own to focus on my creative passion for styling.

I now offer:

  • Editorial & Commercial Styling – Creative direction and styling for brand campaigns and publications.

  • Personal Styling – Wardrobe decluttering and restyling of the client's existing wardrobe.
